Case summary: Owen,Marty and Judge Steele were on trial for the murder of the Judges wife. They tried to get me to testify against them as I had made a statement to the FBI once when I ran away from Owen to break away from him. They wanted me to get on the witness stand against them. I could not as I was holding Owen and my son and I thought my life was finally going to be good. I refused to take the stand and the judge gave me contempt of court and had me go to jail. My life was in complete turmoil. They were sentenced to 15 years to life and I was released on appeal. Rick Robbins the trigger man corroborated with the prosecution and he was not charged with the murder. They wanted the Judge..so they plea bargined with Rick.
